General Provisions
kokzz ("we", "our", or "the platform") provides an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These terms apply to the kokzz website (https://kokzz.cam) and all services included within it.
By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, you confirm that you have read these terms in full and agree to them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested to stop using the platform immediately.

Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Registration Process
At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. kokzz reserves the right to cancel an account and forfeit deposited funds if false information is provided. Each individual may open only one account.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
To ensure security and prevent fraud, kokzz may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport, or equivalent document. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is completed.
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. kokzz will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing this information with another person. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 One Person, One Account
It is strictly prohibited for the same person to hold multiple accounts. Operating multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, or payment method will be treated as a violation of the rules and all associated accounts may be terminated.
3.3 Updating Account Information
If any of your personal details change (such as email or payment method), update them in your account immediately or inform our support team. kokzz will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds on kokzz: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal processing time is generally 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
- If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met.
4.3 Payment Verification
If an unusual transaction or suspected fraud is detected, kokzz may temporarily place the transaction on hold in the interest of security. In such cases, the relevant user may be asked to provide additional information or documents.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳5,000 will earn a bonus of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25x — meaning the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.
5.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each user will receive the first deposit bonus only once.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- Attempting to take advantage of bonus offers using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- kokzz reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus; otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
5.3 VIP Program
The kokzz VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Tiers are advanced through regular play. Weekly cashback rates are: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, and up to 0.8% at Gold. Higher tiers offer additional exclusive benefits.
Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Rules
kokzz offers cricket betting, slot games, Texas Hold'em Poker, live casino, and a range of other games. Each game or betting market has its own rules, which are detailed in the relevant section.
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game and market has a set minimum and maximum bet limit. These limits will be displayed in the interface of the relevant game. kokzz reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server error, internet disruption, or any other technical issue, kokzz will review the circumstances and make a reasonable decision. The matter will be resolved by contacting the user.
6.4 Fair Play
kokzz is always committed to ensuring fair play. If any user attempts to gain an unfair advantage using software, bots, or automation tools, their account will be terminated and all balances may be forfeited.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kokzz platform:
- Registering by providing false or fraudulent information.
- Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
- Attempting to access or use another person's account.
- Abusing bonuses or promotional offers.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
- Harassing or threatening other users.
- Attempting to hack the game system or exploit vulnerabilities.
- Playing games using prohibited software or bots.
- Operating an account on behalf of or for use by a minor.
In the event of any of the above violations, kokzz reserves the full right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the account and forfeit the associated balance.
Privacy and Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

- Any loss arising from false information provided by the user themselves.
- Unexpected technical disruptions or force majeure events.
In any circumstances, kokzz's total liability will be limited to a maximum of the principal amount of the transaction in question.
Account Closure and Termination
11.1 Closure at User Request
Any user may request the closure of their account at any time. All valid balances should be withdrawn before the account is closed. Any approved balance remaining after account closure will be returned via the designated method.
11.2 Termination by kokzz
kokzz may suspend or terminate an account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms.
- Fraud or suspicious activity.
- A court order or legal requirement.
- Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
In cases of termination due to a violation of the rules, kokzz reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings earned from bonuses.
